Antagon has established processes and procedures that the project management team puts into practice during the project implementation. This approach allows project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget , achieve goals , and sometimes ahead of the deadlines prescribed. The company focuses on controlling the quality of work and health and safety during the implementation of contracts.

QUALITY POLICY
Long before being ISO 9001: 2000 certified, Antagon had developed its own quality assurance program. The latter was often modified as needed to meet the specific requirements of the project and client.

In 2008, the Executive Committee has decided to take steps for ISO certification. With the motivation of our employees, their commitment , the team spirit that prevails in the business, the system of quality control of the company has been ISO 9001 : 2000 certified in May 2010 and ISO 9001 : 2008 in May 2010.
